I’m starting my own company and I wanted to do a little market research. Thank you to those participate.

1. What do you want in a computer?
2. What is your primary use for it?
3. Is VR important to your experience?
4. What specs are you looking for?
5. What is your reasonable price range?
6. Are you looking for something “out of the box thinking”?
7. Any comments?

Thank you again

1.) I want something that is powerful, yet has a good value. I don't feel like spending $2000 on a $1000 PC.
2.) Typically gaming, some light productivity stuff too.
3.) Not really. It would be nice, but not mandatory.
4.) At least a 4 core CPU with good clock speeds, preferably multi-threading and a GDDR5 GPU.
5.) $900 to $1400
6.) I do like creative builds, case modding is pretty cool.
7.) Good luck!

Ummm.... I think computers. :p
I think he was getting at the fact you need to take a more multidimensional service approach than just selling computers. Existing competitors like Dell have economies of scale that are nearly impossible to compete with as a sole proprietor or startup organization.

Oh. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Precisely.

What would you offer to me that I cannot already get from Dell or any of a number of other vendors? They can do it faster and cheaper. So what are you going to do better or differently?

And, if your venture needs funding, the investors or lenders will want to see a business plan. What is your plan?
