[SOLVED] How To Reprogram Non-Standard Keys on Gaming Keyboard

Hello all,

I recently bought a Tecknet Gryphon Gaming Keyboard, and it came with an extra set of keys at the very top of the keyboard. You can see these keys at https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/81xlBmpVP9L._SX466_.jpg They are labeled as M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, M8, M9, and M10. On their product page, it says that these keys are re-programmable, however, I can't seem to figure out how to do this. No matter where I look, there is nothing mentioning these types of "M" keys. I figured there would be some kind of software, but no. I even ended up downloading an entire programming language to try and figure out how to do this, but I just can't find it anywhere. Please help!

Hard to tell but I'm guessing there's a macro record button on the keyboard. Did it come with any documentation? Usually press the record button, the macro key, the keys you want to map to it, then record or the macro button again to save it.

No, there's not real instructions on how to do this. If there is a macro record button, what would it look like, and where would I find it?

Several versions of Windows have built-in tools for this. The link above is for 8.1 and 10.
I downloaded the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard center, but it just says "No Microsoft hardware has been detected." Which tells me that this software only works with Microsoft Mice and Keyboards. The struggle with my situation is that I have a Tecknet keyboard, and I can't seem to find any actual software for this brand type anywhere.
