Advice for New Build

Looking to build a computer that will be used for streaming, Microsoft Office, and some gaming. Need to know if I will run into any problems with the components listed below. The display and SSD I already have and will not need to order.

I'd save $100 and remove the aftermarket cooler, it won't be necessary.

What kind of games will you be streaming? You may want a more powerful processor than the 2600.

Have no idea on the games. Just wanted to build into the computer in case I do get into some. Nothing planned right now. I'm also OK with building more than I need, rather have too much than too little. Also removed the cooler as suggested and now no issues found. Thanks for your help, unless there's anything else you can think of, I'm going to order these parts.

I would do some serious research into the streaming segment.

Streaming requires powerful processors, and the Ryzen 5 and Intel i5 chips have serious issues pushing out streams, according to tech site benchmarks.

If you're willing to spend a good bit more, I would heavily consider a Ryzen 2700 or i7-8700. But those chips come at a premium.

A 6 core 12 threaded Ryzen 5 chip should handle streaming without breaking a sweat?

Obviously 2700x is preferable but if you're trying to save cash the 2600 should do you fine.

Hardware Unboxed tested the Ryzen 5 1600 in streaming, and it didn't fare too well. I know the 2600 is an improved chip, but I didn't expect massive improvements.

It actually performed similar to the i5-8400 when it came to streaming.
