Why is my printer printing so slow?

This problem all of a sudden started last week.

HP Envy 3350.

You could have malware or a virus or the printer software has become corrupt. I would run Malwarebytes free https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or your favourite anti-malware program and delete anything it picks up. Also run you anti-virus program. I would also uninstall your printer softwarre and re-install it.

Do you mean it takes a while before it starts to print or that when it is printing its slow? Is it wireless or using USB cable?

It prints slow when it is printing. It's through a USB.

Inkjets are usually slow to print. Does it stop printing for a second or two and start again?

By removing the software in programa and features in control panel and reinstalling it.​
