PSU making strange noise!

My PSU started making this kind of noise today (

) after being used for at least 6-7 days, its be quiet! Pure Power 10 600W CM (BN278) idk is that ok? What should I do? It happens randomly with intervals...

Fan? It is almost new, I've used it only for a week, I mean it has no much dust or anything like that in it yet, I thought it was touching something (vibrating) while moving, but it's not.

Sounds like the fan to me as well. if it's new take it back.

So you think just because it's new there should be nothing wrong with it? Maybe in the perfect world.
