Best option for Bluetooth

What is the best option to add bluetooth 4.0+ connectivity to my tower?

Easiest seems to be simple USB adapter, for unknown reliability.. or spend a small bit more for a pcie card, also of unknown reliability?

I don't need a new wireless adapter/card, just bluetooth capability for use with 2 devices - but can't fine a suitable product.

Any actual product recommendation links would be helpful! USA or Canada links are fine.

Personally I'd get a PCI-E card but the USB ones are usually fine for an indeterminate amount of time. I used to sell super cheap imported from China BT adapter at work that we got for like $4 and sold for $15. Friend had one worked for 2 years no issue. Then it died.

Stay away from SATA to Molex adapters and cheap PSU's and you should be ok.
