Future of this PC build?

Hi, I would like to ask about if this PC listed below will be good enough for the future.

How many years will this PC last for most games (for 1080p, high detail) (1080p, medium detail) (1080p, low detail)? If I was to upgrade components in the future, what will you recommend?

Intel Core i3-8100 3.6GHz
Zotac GTX 1060 6GB AMP!
MSI B360M Pro-VDH
2x8 GB Kingston HyperX Fury 2400MHz
(2) 1 TB HDD
(1) 120 GB SSD

It's tough to say for certain. It would last at least a couple of years.

Is this a pre-built, or are you building this yourself?

If you're looking for future upgradability, you would be better served by a computer with an AMD processor. Performance would be the same, if not better.

A Ryzen 5 2600 would mop the floor with that i3-8100 for only about $20-30 more.

Depends on your idea of future or performance expectation. To me that's already underpowered.

As per others AM4 has a bit more socket longevity if you didn't want to replace the board down the line and should support new CPUs per AMD up to 2020.

Should do you fine for a few years, you'll likely need to replace the CPU sooner than you might want though. Ryzen has more longevity in that department, and value.
