Easy, quit using XP. Yes I am aware you will try to fight logic with flawed logic by stating XP is fine.

Per this article, from Mozilla, XP doesn't have ECDHE support.
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Server_Side_TLS#DHE_and_ECDHE_support

The only ciphers supported by cofo are ECDHE in TLS1.2 and below.
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=computerforum.com&s=104.27.152.60&latest

Windows 7 should support those cipher suites but you may have other self created problems in that environment that you would need to troubleshoot such as previously disabling updates.

HUGE ROLL OF THE EYES HERE.....I ALREADY ADDRESSED THIS!...I ASKED A QUESTION!....YOU APPARENTLY OVERLOOKED THE CLEAR FACT THAT I WAS ALSO ADDRESSING WINDOWS 7 WHICH IS GETTING THE SAME PROBLEM!

Beers did address Windows 7 in his reply, which you quoted and responded to directly. Maybe leave emotion at the doorstep when asking for help?

OH, CAPS ARE NOT YELLING HERE BUT, ONLY SERVE TO SEPARATE SECTIONS RESPONDED TO.

Why are you using caps lock? Are you not able to use the quote system like everyone else?

Your issue is that you're using outdated operating systems that are no longer supported. Your issues are self inflicted.

Try changing to something like Linux Mint. It's pretty much Windows XP 2.0, uses minimal system resources (awesome for legacy hardware) and is easier than Windows when it comes to installation. This will completely fix all issues.

"I have problems with Windows" is so frequently followed with "I don't do updates",

It's nearly comical at this point. Might as well stick your palm on the stove and then ask everyone why your hand is burning and leaving it there when we all tell you that a stove is indeed hot.

I was going to address the statements here but, would find it a waste of time .FURTHER, in no place in the text I have written have I typed "I have problems with Windows".

What, the forum is boring and you have nobody to fight with today? Seems so. Yeah, my reply will surely stir this up!

Honestly I just feel sorry for you, I've seen so many people stress themselves out to the point of sheer anger over something that is entirely a result of their own misguided ways. I wish you'd use a newer OS, that didn't give you problems, and would let you do what you needed. Just... take the advice of people that do this stuff for a living and don't flip out when we point out that the basic problem is old software.

FURTHER, in no place in the text I have written have I typed "I have problems with Windows".

Word for word? No you didn't, because you just posted screenshots. You did however post a bunch of images of you having problems on a Windows machine due to it being out of date.

Frankly, I've just seen you post countless threads with the same circular thinking and combative nature to actually good advice that I just don't care anymore.

Exactly. Countless threads.

No. You're wasting yours and everyone else's time trying to fix something you likely can't. Even if you fix this issue, there will be countless other things that break and you'll be wasting more time swimming against the current.

You're using an outdated, unsecure, unsupported OS. For what reason? To "stick it to the man"? Seriously, do yourself a massive favor and try Linux Mint. It's free, and you can "trial" run it through a USB flash drive. And when I say it's easier than Windows to install, I'm not kidding. You click "Install". Lol.
