MSI b450 gaming plus bios failure?

CPU: Ryzen 3700x

Mobo : MSI B450 gaming plus



This happens whenever I enter the bios menu, and this is causing everything else to fail, or so I believe. I can't install windows as it crashes on the loading icon. So far I have tried different bios updates, different USB sticks, clearing CMOS. Having no drives attached. Have tried a few other things but can't remember at this point to be honest.

The loading icon for Windows installation, the spinning dots. So when I try to install windows it tries to load the windows installation, show the spinning dots for like a second, freezes for a few seconds, and the blue screens with a new error code each time. The EZ debug leds are all off aswell if that helps
