Desktop Pc randomly shutting down

Hi all,
This is my first time typing on here. Over 2 months I took my desktop into repair as one afternoon it randomly shut down, I told the person behind the counter that I believe it was a power supply issue which is written down and kept on file. I cam back 2 days later to pick it up and the technician said he updated some drivers and all was good, about 2 weeks about that my pc shut down again I wouldn't start up which I took it in again, the techinican said it was possibly something to do with the Bios battery which he was wrong and it was my power supply that completely failed. I paid for it to be fixed and got it back another 2 days later, about a week and a half later it happens all over again and so I took it in to get fixed, he told me that my CPU and Motherboard were more or less burning each other out and they needed to replaced same with my RAM so I paid for it to happen. I got a new Motherboard, CPU, CPU fan and RAM, about 2 and half weeks later my pc shuts down randomly but starts up again which I was concerned about which I am glad I was as it got worse and worse after that plus my pc starts itself up at around 3am each morning.
I have updated every driver I can find, Full scanned my computer about 3 times, unplugged screens to external harddrives to see if any of those are causing something. Ran a CSKDSK to make sure all of that is working, ran a memory diagonistic and even changed over my power board to a brand new one to which everything I have done as came back negative to any issues being there.

It is now the 19th of Oct and it still happens but I am lost on what it could be, the computer repair place can't do anything as they aren't able to recreate the issues I am having. I was wondering if anyone on here possibly has any ideas

My hardware is:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-9100F Cpue @ 3.60Hz
MotherBoard: MSI H310M PRO-VDH PLUS MATX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPS 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2133MHz C13 Desktop Gaming Memory Black
Graphics Card: Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics

What make and model is the power supply? Do you have an SSD and/ or hard disk? Have you tried a different graphics card?
