GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS PRO Cooler clearance? (HELP)

I just bought a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus PRO MoBo and was wondering if anyone has one if they know if I would have enough room for a Cooler Mastery Hyper 212 RGB?

I read on one of the Newegg reviews someone mentioned they didn't have enough clearance for the Cooler?

Master Case Pro 5 Mid-Tower case and G.Skill Trident Z RGB Memory 2X8 not gonna use all memory slots.

Are you not able to just get out a ruler and measure based off the specs? Likelihood someone has the exact same setup is slim.

CPU cooler clearance on that case is 190mm from their specs.

212 RGB is under 160MM so plenty of space

Based off this image of your motherboard there's quite a bit of space to where I doubt you'd be under the 212 at all with RAM, let alone with just 2 sticks. Measure if you need to.

Sir you are very kind to take all the time to give me all this wonderful information. I wasn't trying to be lazy sorry. But really appreciate your reply. I see now that I do have plenty of space. So excited! going to be buying the parts for the new build next week. def going for that cooler then is the one I like the most. Glad it will fit!

I just measured it a few minutes ago and can confirm it will fit. Sorry for the dumb thread.

Much appreciate it. You guys rock!

Nothing wrong with being cautious but in your instance you've got more than enough room. I'm actually quite surprised at how much clearance the case has for a Mid.

Honestly I love my case. I've only owned 2 PC cases (Other than premades back in the day of HP and Compaq Computers) first one was a Rosewill black hawk for my first build around 2012 with GTX 680 and this one I had since 2016, really a great case lots of air flow. I feel like a V2 of this case would be amazing its so nice and has great ventilation too and is so easy to clean.

Yeah I try to be cautions considering the investment it takes to build a new system and the hassle of getting the right parts so everything works on the first try of the build. I was a little nervous because 2 reviews for the MoBo said they had issues with CPU Cooler clearance for the MoBo but luckily one of the reviews mentions the Air Cooler he was using (Forgot the exact model) But it was a Noctua Air cooler and I did small conversions using Google from mm to inches and turns out the Cooler Master RGB Cooler I want is smaller than the one he was using so it should fit just fine.

Can't wait to start buying parts and building next week but I think it will be worthwhile to wait an extra 2 weeks for black Friday sales and Cyber Monday. Probably best to wait.

EDIT: wanted to add bought a GTX 1080ti in August (Coming from a GTX 970 to an RTX 2060) And I am really liking it. Going to be upgrading from my 6700K to a 9700K Shouldn't be outstanding difference but is gonna be fun building a new system.

Most likely will upgrade next summer if RTX 3070 is announced and possibly the new Comet Lake CPU's. I just didn't want to wait that long. Its insane for gaming at 1080p there isn't much difference between the 9900k and the 9700k so I decided to go for the 9700k
