I click start/computer/my drive is highlighted in red. Right click on it does nothing. I tried other ways to delete temp files without success.

What do you mean its highlighted in red? Can you post a screenshot?

When you right click on your cd drive you should get a menu similar to this. But you will see delete temporary files since you have files waiting to be burned to cd.

Local disk C which is in red is your hard drive not your cd drive. You need to right click on the dedrw drive below the hard drive. Once you right click on it, you'll see an option in the menu where it says delete temporary files. I also recommend getting a bigger hard drive and add it as a storage drive. You can move your personal files to the storage drive and gain space on the main. You have 4 percent free space which will cause your system slow downs and possible crashes if it hasn't already.

Don't know what to tell you then. Last thing is to try this.

a. Click on Start, select Computer.

b. Now, navigate to the below location:
C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Burn\Temporary Burn Folder

c. Delete the files present there.
