UPDATE:
I still am not sure about my situation.... I "solved" the monitor issue but, keep getting the BSOD and, it appears when there is a movement (sometimes) of the video display/graphic movement.
I am hesitant to re-install the OS but, I will if all else fails....I found a program that deals with the BSOD and earlier, was able to copy the "code" displayed.....Attached is a picture of what the program indicated. Can anyone make out what the program is telling me?.....I see the same error coming up in the program.
