The power cables plugged in set to 115 (I live in the us) I think my power switch is working because when I press the button it's returning a resistance reading(just not a constant one) I just got back off a long road trip had my pc in the car and it won't turn on I also need to figure out how to plug everything back into the f panel.

I'm going to guess these are 100% related. The front panel connectors will be marked. You need to put them on their corresponding motherboard pins. Look at your motherboard manual or Google your model for proper arrangement.

Also, punctuation. ;)

It wasn't turning on before I tested the switch

Does anything happen when pressing power button? If it was working before the trip then it's most likely just a loose connection.

Thank you, and you're almost right. The power cable somehow stopped working in the three hours I was on the road. Appreciate everyone that took time to help me out.
