Your description is a little vague. Is windows 10 actually installed? What exactly happens when you press power button on case? Did you use the brass standoffs between case and motherboard? As long as the board is running bios version 0408 then it supports that processor. Did the motherboard and cpu come from the same pc? Was it working before if so?

Windows 10 was installed and the computer worked fine for about five-six months. Then something happened and Windows began to make "Automatic repair". All possible steps (pressing the start button, starting Windows recovery, etc.) lead only to "Your PC did not start correctly".

- I do not know. The computer was built by a professional at "Memory Express".

- I do not remember. They come from my son computer, may be from the same computer.

Memory express company did diagnostics and said that one RAM was broken. RAM replaced.
The problem is the same - "The desktop cannot do a startup. No bluescreen. Windows 10 installation fails".
How to repair Windows 10? The original install was with Windows 7.

When windows can't repair itself during automatic repair, there's a good chance the hdd is bad or OS is corrupted to the point you have to do a fresh install. If you want to try a fresh install then you'll need to download the installation media to a usb drive.

Download the tool, follow the prompts to create the usb drive.
