What program is running on startup?

I have a program called Grand on the StartUp menu on the task manager, and I was wondering what program it is associated with. It is currently enabled. A Google search returns nothing. I have attached an image.

Right click "open file location" (might be greyed out) or "Properties" is probably a good starting point.

Then do you mind showing a screenshot of your right click options? What operating system are you on?

Windows 10. The option for properties is greyed out, which is what I meant.

Try running task manager as admin

I resolved the issue by using the CCleaner registry scan option. It removed the registry key that was unused by the program. I don't see Grand listed anymore in the task manager. Thank you for helping me.
