im building a new computer and my only worries are the installation of everything

i know where everything goes(little vaque on PSU) but i was just wondering if that new mobos and new hardware out there just go together and fit

if you didnt understand that basically will have to do any tuning in the BIOS or on the MOBO for the GPU CPU RAM to all work correctly or is there an auto feature to where it just plug and play

Well, everything has to be the same socket, etc. (cpu and mobo, ram and mobo, video card and mobo, etc.) But other than that all you should have to do in bios is set the boot order or maybe enable pci-e/agp graphics if you are buying a mobo with integrated gfx and you want to switch to a pci-e/agp card.

It really is just a matter of putting stuff where it fits, with the exception of a few things, like making sure that if you have dual channel ram it goes in the correct slots to make it run in dual channel, but most mother boards color code them or mark them and it will show where to put it in your mother board manual. I mean its not like you can fit an agp video card in a pci-e slot.

yeah i know where everything goes and ive learned about the dual channel RAM(not DIMM slots 1&2 but 1&3)

and my mobo dont have integrated GFX but i might be getting a sound card so ill have to disable the onboard one

Well, that is something you configure from within Windows, under Control Panel => Sounds and Audio Devices ;)
No you completely disable it from the bios, you can do it from windows but all that will do is just tell windows to not use it. My sound is completely disabled in the bios. As for a sound card, its good for your cpu will take a load off of your cpu.
