Yes the first one would fit cause it says compatible with LGA 775.

You want one with a fan. Only time you want no fan is if you are watercooling.

Remember, the larger the fan, the lower the noise will be at the same cooling rate as a smaller fan. A smaller 80mm fan will make more noise cooling the same as a similar 92mm or 120mm fan. I'd vote the Zalman as well, personally. I will likely buy it for my next system. It will allow quite good OC as well.

Usually the ones without a fan on that website requires a fan to run. Ofcourse, you can try running it without a fan and see if the temperature holds, though it probably won't if you have a high powered processor.
