Looking for a Text To Speech (TTS) program?

Its a program where you type stuff and the program says what you type. But I am not looking for some crappy one that is impossible to understand. I have a bunch of those. I need a professional sounding one.

well i hate to say it......"professionals" pay for software ...... I've never found a decent TTS prog that u didnt have to pay for...sry
