I would say the X1400, but you should be getting something much higher anyways, becuase that card wont last long.

Thats worse then both of them. I would sya go with the x1400, I had it in my old laptop and it could play CSS almost maxed out, and FEAR on decent settings.

7300 is a definite no, the x700HM is for laptops... is that what you are looking for? a laptop card? if you arent, there are so many good ones for desktop that are cheap and good... and there are still much better for laptop.

Ya the x700 is more of just a slightly older higher end card, while the x1400 is a newer lowend card.

Are you building a laptop or getting it from dell, hp, etc.?
I would get the x1400 btw.

I'd think the X700 would be the best, then again I've never used a x1400. But I do know the X1300 suck compared to the X700
