The quotes will seperate the statements, paragraphs work as well. Just makes it easier to read all in one post.yes i know i have an edit button i just thought it would be better to have 3 seperate posts

Ah you just quoted it twice.i was answering one quote...
there are plenty of PC systems out there that can far exceed those specs. Expecially if you self build with server motherboards etc... So actually yes, that is "imaginable" for a PC, the guys here at cf.com built an £80k system for a rich guy a little while back, if anyone remebers or can find the specs for that please let me know or post it here.16gb of ram 2 tb of storage and x1900 xt? also two 2.66 Ghz xeon dual core? sounds pretty damn good to me. thats unimaginable for a PC
anyone else find that funny, your boasting just one feature of a brand new OS, a new released OS, top of the range system and you can only find one feature to explain.... pretty lame dont ya think, and anywa,y you dont need a little program to go back in time to find stuff, if your dumb enough to delete it in the first place.... and thats what backups are for, or do mac users not have the brains to perform regular backups...??ok dragon. first there is time machine. a hell of a lot easier than a pc's recovery thing where you have to restore your ENTIRE hard drive to an earlier state just to get one file. time machine just open the program and time machine. click this little arrow thing and time machine searches back until it finda a difference in the program, then you just drag your file back to the present. easier than a pc. ive lost so much stuff in the past doing that on a pc.

Keep it coming, so far that ONE point didnt impress

80 thousand?! wow what a waste. and no its not. I havent seen one site that lets u use 16gb of ram and 2 tb. and i didnt want to get in a fight with you but since you are so ****ing devoted to pc you wont even acknowledge that mac is good. and that isnt the only feature asshole. want me to give you all of the features that they have said publicly?
I hate macs. My friends mom bought a G5 and she hates it. You would think for a $2000 computer, you would be able to surf the internet decently...

I can see some people liking Mac's who dont wan't to have to maintain anything, since with Mac's you dont need to run spyware/virus scans every week, and there isnt as much software that needs patching. However, it is a personal opinion.
The one thing that really annoys me, is the compatiblity issue, both hardware and software. Hardware for Mac's are much harder to find, as well as much more expensive. And games/apps have limited support for Mac's. I wouldn't like to go to the store, and have to check to see if it supports Mac's before I buy it.
you are able to. better than pc no viruses no crashing. how can she not surf the internet is she retarded? safari is better than most browsers.
I said decently "retard". The internet on macs are slow as hell, even with a fast ISP.
And with the whole secuirty issue, windows is just targeted because 95% of the world uses windows, so why only make a virus for only 4% of the computers? If mac was more widely used, it would be just as bad.

Im just playing, but you are right in saying that most viruses are made for Windows because it's the most popular. Same thing goes for IE instead of Firefox.
Then your not looking in the right places...besides, with PC's, its always better to self build, so try the component stores etc...I havent seen one site that lets u use 16gb of ram and 2 tb.
I know mac are good, but good at what exactly, perhaps video editing on the high end models, but then they do have 16Gb RAM as you said, shove 16Gb RAM in a PC and your pretty much the same if not better due to increased application support.and i didnt want to get in a fight with you but since you are so ****ing devoted to pc you wont even acknowledge that mac is good.
I thought i made that clear, YES, i do, your the one trying to prove something here not me, im quite happy in my half baked ideas, your the one trying to correct me, so go ahead, correct me...and that isnt the only feature asshole. want me to give you all of the features that they have said publicly?
Only 4, i can think of at least 2 applications that are our under the GPL that can have a maximum of 16 desktops.... Try the latest version of DexPot or integrated features in most nVidia and ATi drivers....you can have 4 seperate desktops for all ur crap on ur comp so theres no clutter and are able to drag programs in between the 4
Yes, its a top of the range OS, it has to be ecause its newly released... i didnt say it was good in my opinion though did i, i also didnt say i liked it.... The ferrari enzo is a top of the range car, but i hate that aswell, looks ugly.... see my point?also, u even said leopard was a top of the range os. ur contradicting yourself
Im not saying they cant, im sure they are perfectly capable of doing every they are inteded to do, im just trying to convey to certain people that Mac's arent BETTER than windows based PC's, which some people here seem to think. Ok, so you might be devoted to mac's, thats fine i dont really care, but i dont want you to keep trying ot convert me (a PC lover) to mac's. In my opinion they are NOT better than PC's and are outclassed in nearly every aspect except visual appearacnce, wihch is soon to change with the release of vista, thats all im saying...Lets face it If Mac can do something that windows doesnt, google it and you will find something that lets you do it. If Windows can do something that the Mac cannot do google it and you prolly will find something that allows you to do it. Until Macs somehow start getting 128bit CPUs then PCs and Macs are now on pretty much an equal playing field.
You should really rephrase that, because im "into" graphics editing, and i can do it perfectly well on my PC, i think more top line 3D rendering and image manipulation is a more apt title. People in the industry, not home users. theres no advantage to home users in graphics editing when using a mac over a PC.... not noticeable anyway1.people into graphics editing
