Hey guys i have recently aquired an identical montor as mine for free from my dad when he upgraded to his new computer my question is apparently my video card(raedon 9200) is capable of doing dual monitors but i only have 1 input do they make a y cable to split the signal to the 2, is it even worth the money for it or should i simply buy a new video card with dual inputs. Both are the old fashioned analog blue inputs no digital inputs if that helps!

Well the thing is, even if the did have a splitter, which I am sure they do, then you would just be seeing the same thing on both monitors, because your computer can only put out one signal per plug. So if you want a true dual monitor set-up then you are going to be forced to buy a different video card.

yeah, and let me tell you, its sweet! you can play a game, and watch, say, a movie on the other monitor! it completely solved my problem with my brother always wanting to use my computer when i am. if you ask me, its completely worth it to buy a new video card

well thats my thing it supports agp4x 8x on my board any reccomendations on a good card since both are old fashioned analog if its got one digital and one analog input i guess i have to get a splitter for that too..

Nope if a video card has a DVI output, it should come with a converter, even if it had an analog and a DVI and you got a splitter, it still wouldn't work. And what is your budget.
