HAs anyone had to deal with KingMax? Ok here is the deal I think the RAM in my laptop finally died and I know that KingMax (ram manufacture) has a lifetime warranty on all their RAM, so I went online and contacted them via Email and phone, but Iam getting know where fast.

First off they dont reply to emails and on the phone I was told that I have to return the RAM to the point of purchase. So I called up Circuit City and explained everything to them and they told me that there is nothing that they can do for me because they dont deal with OUT OF WARRANTY products. So I called Kingmax back and told them the deal with Circuit City and they again told me there is nothing that they can do for me because they dont sell to the public and only retailers can get it warrantied for me.

So now I have a piece of RAM that is SUPPOSED to have a Life Time warranty, but I cant get any help from either S*it City or the manufacturer, so does anyone have any ideas?

Oh and if anyone wants to know I bought this PC 5 years ago and the Extended warranty , Which expired 3 weeks ago :(

Well, Circuit City is known for their relatively HORRIBLE customer service. As for KingMax, I'm not sure but if you call again, ask to speak to a supervisor or something, that usually gets their attention, and they usually know more about the policies anyway :)
