Yes but you have to make sure that the ram you get is compatible with your laptop.

You need a "stick" or ram for your laptop. Bring it into a retail store, and have them look up what you need. If you have antivirus running, it will really destroy any speed on your PC.

Yes you can but it aint the kind of memory your looking for just go into any computer store with your laptop and they should know what you are looking for and then they can also put it in for you to.

your ram is the problem. you should upgrade to something bigger like 512 or 1gb. also clean out your temp folders to get rid of all the internet junk.
