Future build what case to buy?

In the future around 4-6 months im going to be building a new system and i dont have any idea what case i should get. Only heard that thermaltake cases are very nice. Anyone have any ideas Not expensive just resonable
 
in the future there will b new cases coming out so wait till then, and then ddecide i rkn
 
Well I dunno whatever antec makes after the P180B, that's what I would get. Antec Performance One line is very good. I'm currently using a computer with the P-160W case and it's pretty sweet.
 
One thing that I consider a necessity with buying a new computer case is how many case fans it can hold, and if they are positioned well enough to give the case good ventilation.
 
i would strongly suggest the Antec P180B, it's just a hell of a case jam packed with features. If you want something a bit more flashy, you can take a look at the Thermaltake Shark case or the Sunbeam Transformer.
 
i looked at the 180 i got to admit i like the look of the 160 better buttt if u say the 180 has more built in features.
 
yeah go with the P180B

it has 3 120mm fans standard and you can add an extra 120 in the front and an 80 on the air duct

also its quieter and it just looks clean simple and perfect
 
prlly going to get that core 2 1.8 and a nice moboard so i can oc it i saw a cpu-z pics from someone that oC'ed his core1.8 to 3.0. So i will prlly just go w/ the 1.8 1gig ram dono about vid card because its oging to be a while prlly a 7900gt since it will be a while and thats a legit card i dont need top of the line on the market that instant.

Otherwise, that sounds like a nice build, and the 7900GT will play any game out today.
 
make sure you get some good ram if you wana OC hard. You'll love the P180(B), it's really quiet and has loads of room inside. The 7900gt will serve you well, it's a great card.
 
lol thank's everyone. yeah spent some time on thinking about this build. I will most likely be gettng ddr2 ram.

No, he meant that you can't really go DDR with conroe. I believe most core 2 duo motherboard have a standard of DDR2 800 ram, so you'll be looking at that most likely.

I've found CoolerMaster cases to be the best bang for the buck. I bought two Centurions for builds and they were/are great. Came with 120mm exhaust and 80mm intake right over the hard drive bays. I paid about $50+shipping. PSU will be of your choice. Not only are they functionally great but they have a very classy look.
