Help Please.

My computer is having problems. When I get on I can usually only stay on for about 30minutes until it freezes up. Anyone have an idea if this is a virus or hardware problem and have a way I can fix it?
 
I can be doing anything from just sitting at the main screen, playing games, or surfing the web and randomly with not error warning it freezes and I either have to restart it with the button or cut the power.

It could be getting too hot in the case and overheating. You should be able to download some software to see what the temperatures are in there. That could be a reason for your problems.
 


I ran speedfan 4.29 and this is what it came up with. Im not sure what temp3 represents though...
