You can use Riva Tuner I think. I'm not very familiar with overclocking Nvidia cards.

ok but i have a 7600 gt CO from evga how do i check what is my core and memory speed?The Co version from evga is soppose to be overclocked by the company to core 580 mhz and memory 1500 mhz.Tell me where i could check that?

Whatever is listed as stock (i.e. the starting point) in the program is the default for that card. It's determined by the video card BIOS.

I suggest rivatuner, as I use that myself.

I would recommend using coolbits, I think its one of the best for nVidia.

i overclocked my card to core clock 602 and memory clock 774.

It runs stable.

So is 602 and 774 good for a 7600gt?
