Dual Monitor Lag

Hello. I use to run dual monitors with a 128MB NVidia Geforce FX5200 and i use to dual box video games on both monitors. But when i would switch from one monitor to the other Monitor, the monitor I wasn't using would be laggy and the Video would be delayed. I figured its because of such a small video card

So today I purchased a 512 ATR Radeon X1300 Video card. And it continues to do the same thing. I have 1024 Ram and a 3.0 Processor. I really would like to figure out how to fix this and if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

well, neither of those cards are very good... but those problems shouldn't occur... make sure you have the drivers updated... and make sure theyre installed at all... you didn't by any chance just reformat did you?
the ram and processor should be just fine, no worries there, but you aren't gaming with these cards are you? neither of them are very good despite the fact that the x1300 has 512mb on it, the extra video card memory is pretty much useless in that case...
neither will game very well depending on the game of course... but it will lag if you're gaming..
 
At least something like a 7600gt which you can get for under $150 if you keep your eye out. I think they go for about $120 sometimes.
