Why is it so loud?

or...this might sound ridiculous but a wire could have been touching the fan blades as they turned i've had this happen before thought my pc was about to explode and got a little scared but it was a simple fix

i have no idea, ive had that on my sig since the beginning! how crazy. and yeah madhatter ive checked the wire and it isnt that, i thought i had the problem a while ago.

any more ideas? thanks!!! :D
