why is that all computers i use have electricty on its case? is this a powersupply problem? when you turn it off but not unplugged.

Ooooh, that was bad, lol, very bad. On topic as others have said you have serious problems if you get shocked everytime from the case, i had a video selector i used for a project once, really old and it wasnt grounding properly, the casing was live the whole time, hurt a bit.... lolIt was an electrifying experience to watch, but I must admit that at first it came as a real shock.
unplugging it first probably would've done the trick lol but it wasn't supposed to have electricity running through the heatsink! haha..
its everywhere, almost all pc even in school, try it. thats why i ground my hardware. to discharge all those electricity
This seems to be happening with ANY computer he touches. If it was just the one, then yeah, PSU problem, but it's FAR too much of a coincidence for EACH computer to have a PSU problem, and to only shock him. (If it shocked other people, they'd get thrown away/repaired).
