Cursor

my friends computer every now and then the cursor sticks. so the little cursor is just frozen but the mouse still can be used its just invisable, and you cant see it but if you get it to a certain point then it can be used. know what i mean? what could this be? and a screen shot would show nothing out of the blue. thanks!!!

i wish it was that easy and the fact that it has no ball makes its difficult. the cursor sticks and freezers and the cursor can be used but its invisbale, i dont think ive explained it that well. do you know what i mean?

You mean its techincally still acting and moving but its not visible on the screen, or its moving but the cursor's icon is stationary??
