I heard its really good but I really don't wanna waste my money this time.:)

My pc is maybe the worst among the forum members. To play that game, I need to upgrade my ram from 256mb to 512mb, and change my graphics card. It's not cheap you know (since I'm still under 18)

I kinda love that game.

It's an excellent game, but considering you have 256MB I would not suggest purchasing it. It is quite a demanding game.

With specs like that just stay away and pretend that you never heard of the game.

It is one of the best RPG games I have played period. It is visually stunning even with a lower end graphic card. Although a limited amount of RAM with definetly limit the expierence.

Can someone post screens? I looked at this game in the store before......on the back its look very detailed. Im thinking about getting it myself.

I've got it, and my specs are. ati radeon 9600xt, amd athlon 64+ 2800, and 1,5gb ram. And i play it on low, without any problems, no lagging or anything.
It's a great game, and i suggest you to buy it, WHEN and only when you have upgraded your machine!

Here's some screens: http://www.elderscrolls.com/art/obliv_pc_screens_01.htm
They are all taken when playing the game, they are not renders.

I think if you keep the textures and res/detail down to medium you should just get away with it, that is if you don't have heaps running in the background!

Great game, very demanding,my computer can play it with a little stutter every now and then...it looks good but i have no AA on or anything...very very demanding from the video card and the ram,and 512mb ram isn't enough,I HAVE 2GB and i still run into problems.

I run mine in the HIGH setting + All Shadows and Full Drawing Distance + others.
No AA, just HDR.
It gets a little laggy every now and then, a couple of frame drops but nothing big.
I recommend it 100%. Love it, absolutely love it. Play it every morning before going to work.

the forest is soooo boring, looked very cool at first but no real depth, same trees,shrubs..etc, while theres alot of dialogue, its quite bland

i still have yet to see the "radiant ai" do anything cool, the only thing i see is NPC's attack beasts or walk (very slowly) to another town, its just branched scripting
overall i found it dissapointing before i even beat it and the level scaling takes the fun out of dungeon hunting, i hate that no matter where you look you mostly find useless/worthless items, nothing beats getting to the end of a dungeion to find some pelt pants and leather boots when i have glass armor or something decent.

yea if you want the highest settings id suggest 2gb of ram and a high end video card better than an x1600xt or 7600gt. not one of them... better than one of them.
