-voltages
-fsb
-wich model c2d
-what mobo your running

etc

Master, huh? I bet you $10 you will get banned with this attitude.

You don't even have the right processor, and no, your FSB is not running at 800MHz. And I am not a noob, if anybody here is, it is you.
ok bobo i am soory for my actions. please forgive me ;)

i have my a+ certification, and am working on mcse, so i know this stuff. my fsb is running at 800mhz.

I don't care what you have. No FSB runs at 800MHz. (yet...). This is advertising crap. 800MHz is your bus speed. The FSB is 200MHz, your motherboard just quad-pumps it to make it seem like 800MHz, although it isn't actually. (it transfers information 4 times per cycle)

whats a pent. 4 duo 920, isnt the 920's the pentium D processors, thats not what iasked about i asked about core 2 duo's

Yes we know. He doesn't know what he is talking about, ignore him. :)

Oh and I don't have a C2D, I just had to jump in and correct him.

lol its all good, i read that post and started laughing then got confused im like i duno what the hell he is talkin about

-1.375v
-800mhz
-pentium 4 duo 920
-intel
That isn't a Core 2 Duo, but if you are running a Pentium D 920 at 800MHz FSB on 1.375 volts you are the man.

Would you like me to explain why you are wrong? If so, please post your motherboard for overclock debunking (not that it really matters, there are safe assumptions I can make)

Rambo, I've never seen you mention it: What cool-ah are you running? That is a damn good overclock, is that the furthest you can go stable? Have you tweaked it all the way out? Also, how much are you overvolting?

yea alot of people are getting 3ghrz+ out of the 1.8 ghz c2d... thats awsome, cant wait till i finish my build and see what i can work out of the E6600

This guy is so vertified, he doesn't even know what he's talkin about...ok effective fsb is 800..which equates to real of 200...wait isnt that stock...even if it was a c2d he just gave stock information, i guess he doesnt know how to read and understand at the same time...lol

Lol, I never said it was stable :P

I am stable @ 3.2 Ghz though...

I am using stock cooling. Temps are 30*c - 40*C depending on what I'm doing :)
