Help Please

Hi All,

I've bought a new Vaio (FS980) and it was working properly for a couple of days but now I have a big problem with multi media files. Anytime I play a audio/video file no matter what the format is, my laptop gets slow and audio stops and begins again or repeat. During the playback even moving the mouse affects the sound and it gets noisy. Anyone have a clue?

check to see what programs are running in the background, there could be one that is being an extreme resource hog which would make your pc's performance terrible. Note some spyware programs do this if there are any processes using lots of resources that you don't recognize as windows essential processes or programs you're running i'd suggest running a good spyware cleaner to get rid of anything like that.
