My PC sometimes not working?

sometimes my PC will have the IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL blue screen but that doesnt bother me. The thing that bothers me is that after I get this screen, if i try to turn on my PC again my screen will be blank and there will be a bleep every few seconds from the internal speaker type thing. What does this beep mean?

I seemed to have got my pc working again by removing my graphics card and TV tuner card and putting them back in. My graphics card is supposed to be an Nvidea geforce 7600 GS but on it I see no sign of any nvidea or anything. It says asus on it. The only nvidea I see is on the mobo. well, if you could give me any help as to whats wrong then it would be appreciated.

I don't know what that is?

wait, is that something that cuts out incase your graphics card overheats or something?

Is this why my pc has been turning off?
