PSU in mind

I don't think it'll be enough. Only 350W and between the 12V rails only 34A. Whilest 34A is decent, for a system like yours, I'd go for 38A, and at least 500W. If you really want to cheap out on the PSU, go for this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817174023. I personally have this PSU, and I love it, it's stable on the voltages, and is a great value.

Well for cheap it could be worse, but 350W i dunno what your running but be carful.

I plan on running the system in my sig.

34A is the recommendation for SLI'd 7900GTXs. I can assure you, that with the system in question he won't need anywhere near that.

It's certainly a good unit for the price. Keep in mind that despite the two +12V rails @ 20A each, the total +12V output is only 29A. The Sparkle would also suffice for your system, but won't leave you too much leeway for upgrades. If another $15 won't break the bank, the XClio 450BL is a superb unit. Take a look at PSU101 for some more recommendations.
