Which is better and cheaper??

I want to upgrade my video card. It's GeForce 6600 256MB AGP but someone said ATi is cheaper and better. Are there any ATi card that is cheaper with same/better performance than GeForce 6600? If so, state the following:

- Full card name
- Memory size
- GDDR/GDDR2/GDDR3
- Core clock
- Memory clock
- A link for the thing on Newegg (optional)
- Price (US$)

I'm sorry... but your question isnt quite clear to me... you want to upgrade to a 6600?
if so,.. then i'd suggest you do so, since the 6600 supports SM3.0,. and the Ati counterparts dont. and I think SM3.0 will become a nececairity soon enough for games.
Thats just my oppinion, it might not be the best choice, so lets wait for others to post for sure :)

beat me to it.. :P looks very nice indeed i must say,.. and its the counderpart for the 6800 series iirc.

WOW! That card looks freakin' awesome to me! Maybe I'll get a HUGE MASSIVE performance jump be cause my GeForce FX 5200 has:

- Core 250 MHz >> ~500 MHz
- Memory 280 MHz >> ~1040 MHz (~1.04 GHz)
- Only heatsink cooler >> with fan!

EDIT: What's SM? I want a card with support at least Pixel and Vertex Shader 2.0.
