this has been going on for months
 
he's ruining MY life, do you know how much shit i have to go through, im going to have to drop out for this year to work full time just to have a place to live, im going to have to go about 2+ months witout my fiancee and i COULD go on... but my thumbs hurts from typing..
 
I feel bad for you, and the situation, but I doubt reporting them for illegal downloading will go anywhere. =/ Tons of people do it, and barely ever does an average home user that illegally downloads go to court. Good luck with it, but I doubt it will go anywhere. :(
 
You're 16, engaged, and living with your brother? I don't understand.

Why is she making him kick you out? Where are your parents in this? If they aren't anywhere to be found and not legally responsible, and he IS legally responsible, he can't leave you hanging without getting into some poo himself. Hell, you would have access to government aid at that point as well.

That said, I think you need to talk about it calmly and rationally.
