ok so i built my pc and I have been able to turn on. I have been told it is either my PSU or Mobo. Im gonna buy both and what ever is left over I will use it on my next system. Here wasthe mobo needs to support. Im looking for something in the $50-$65 range. Also Any suggestion for a powerssuply would be great.

CPU:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6300

and this ram:
CORSAIR XMS2 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Unbuffered DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

That leaves newegg out. The only board that will support both the cpu and memory there is an MSI P965 Neo-F seen for $93.99 at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813130052
You can use DDR2-800 memory in a board that only supports DDR2-667 or DDR2-533, just not at its full speed. It's a shame to waste the extra speed, but it will work.

Even so, there's only one board on newegg within the price-range, the ECS P4M890T-M2, and it's not a very good one. I'd strongly recommend spending a little more.

What's the budget for the PSU?

Why do you think I pointed at the MSI model? You want to get the most out of the money already spent on cpu and memory. When I get a DDR800 set of memory I won't settle for less then a board that supports the same.

For the few dollars more there the MSI was the only one for less then $100. The others start at just above that and climb fast in price. But these are the newer boards out. The other option is to wait until newegg restocks and there's a price break on a few other makes and models.
