the GT KO is an overclocked GT as far as i know,.. the GTO is a underclocked GTX (or at least comparable with)
so,.. i'd go for the GTO too tbh

since the GTO minimum requirement power supply is 450watts?

two things:

1: maybe, just dont overclock it...
2: you dont have a socket 939 mobo... you have a 775 and its a Core 2 Duo

As for the power supply... im not sure if its strong enough.. you could give it a try.. worst case scenario, you would have to spend 50-60 dollar on a stronger PSU to run it.. ( so please keep that in mind if you decide to but such a card)
