Window minimies in dual monitor mode.

I have dual monitors (the image split between them and Ultramon installed) and I want to know if there's any way that I can have Counter-strike open on one monitor and then be able to have Winamp open in the other monitor and be able to change the song....Visually, I can do this, but if I click on winamp, CS minimizes.

good question, I would like to be able to do this too, not only with css, but any fullscreen game. sucks playing ff online, because if fullscreen is lost, auto d/c.
