they make these kinda cards, right? i think they do, but i dont wanna feel like an idiot lol, but if they do make em, and i get 1, would it make my DSL somewhat faster? i want 2 make my DSL the fastest i can get, without getting a faster DSL plan thing lol...

Changing your lan card to a gigabit will not affect your DSL speed.

network transfers maybe but not the internet unless your dsl goes pass ethernet 100's bandwidth lol. i have a gigabit card but it still just utilize the 100

Yup, it will just make LAN traffic take a shorter amount of time to complete large files, it won't speed up your DSL.
