hello, weird pop up after starting windows.!!

help please,
I have a HP pavilion computer.
I get a weird pop up that never goes away. It shows up after I turn on the computer, I don't know what it is.
It says:
Runner Error
then in the box it says:
Runner file name (updates from HP.exe) lacks a '-' (the app id separator)

anyone know how to get rid of this?
