You are probably refering to a Intel/NVidia cooperation there. http://techreport.com/onearticle.x/10969 NVidia plans on devoting it's developmental resources towards the Intel platform acccording to the blog seen there. There is no ATI website anymore.
If you try to go www.ati.com, it will go to the AMD website

its still the same site except its green instead of red now. and it ati.amd.com so its and amd subsite i guess
