*drum roll* ..... new build (with list of parts!)

Really, you must be kidding. The Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 is one of the best motherboards out there for overclocking.
why would i be kidding,
while i dont own one, the oc'ing reviews i've seen show it doesnt stack that well against other 965s. If you have other evidence then please go ahead and post it,
http://anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2860&p=21
and something like the MSI 975X is a solid board with the slightly better 975 chipset

beauty is in the eye of the beholder....i recommend pricewatch.com , lots of variety. take you as far as your budget allows

There is a thing called an edit button...

I don't think that you need to change the motherboard. Before you buy, list all the links to what you want to buy.

APJ: I read that article a few days ago.

Our Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 is limited to the 450FSB range due to issues overclocking our Micron D9 1GB modules

will the gigabyte mobo
support my 'radeon x850xt' platinum edition

Because I am sure once you get it built you will be posting about your oddly high temperatures and the strange noises coming from your case and wonder why installation was a pain and etc etc etc when 30-40 dollars can save headache and heartache with a first build!

:-)

edit: In all seriosuness though it doesn't look cheap I was speaking generally not directly at your choice.

oh....

then can you please show me a decent case, with 5 or more 5.25 bays, thatll be good to cut some fan holes i(if necessary) and a cheap..nice case

You will be hard pressed to find a quality case for 110.00 with 5 or more 5.25 bays....

Goodluck though, post if you thought you find on.

I wouldn't get a server case.
