Hi all,

I have just brought a jasjam phone with internet access and all the other bling bling.
Im not to cluey with the latest technology but would like to know if i can connect to my computer through the phone. So when i look up stuff on the net or use msn it will go through my computer and therefore all billing will go through my current p.c. internet plan.
Or do i have to set up a seperate account through my service provider.

Hmmmmm Not sure if you would be able to.

You should be able to connect your phone to the computer via BlueTooth or USB and use the internet through the phone. If that's any help to you.

I doubt that you would be able to do that, as if you areunable to use a cable then you have toinitiate a connection through your phone provider to begin with, and then even if youdid get to your PC, then any data transferred through that would then have to be transferred again to your phone, so it would be kind of like setting up a web based proxy, although in the UK most phone providers offer a package where you pay so much up front, and in return you will get a better deal on their net access

Yeah you can do that, but it really isn't efficient. It'll cost more than having a dedicated internet service for your home. Plus, using it like that is slow... The internet provided by phone services aren't exactly the same as those you see for homes and the speeds you plan to achieve isn't going to be there. Plus, you will also need an internet plan from your cellular provider.
