Hey everyone, this is my first time posting and I have a problem.
This morning I turned my computer on used it for a while and put it in standby mode, i returned about 4 hours later and wiggled the mouse as usual to wake my computer up...I heard one of my fans kick on (I believe it to be my video cards) high as usual only awaiting for everything to turn on and my fan to calm down but nothing happened. My fan stayed on and Windows wouldn't boot. So I waited for a minute and when nothing happened manually shut down my computer and tried to reboot it. The same thing happened. Finally on the third try it worked. It loaded up normally. Then I went to go play World of Warcraft and the game was LAGGING BAD. I only had 2-3 frames per second as apposed to the normal 60. I ran all my virus and spyware scans, all returned nothing. I did a system restore which worked (except for the fact once the files restored I had to reboot 3 times before it worked). I still had extremely low FPS and i have to try 2-4 times for windows to shut down or load up. What could this be? Everything was fine last night, it was up until I tried to reboot my computer from standby that It wont load at the first try and my game has REAL bad FPS. I just had my Hardrive, power supply and DVD/CD drive replaced a couple months ago. What do you guys think?
