Those were the freewares found. A more intense search would probably turn up a few with a builtin scheduler like DShutdown 1.65. http://www.download5000.com/page21976.aspx or how about ???

You do have to start it manually unless you put a shortcut in the Startup folder. Works for me.

There are quite a few if you run an extended search or two. There's also some for remote shutdown of systems or auto shutdown if the user is away from the system for any period of time. One was for network use there.
