Need a updated AGP video card.

Currently have a xfx 6600gt. Considering selling it, how much would it run for in USD? And what kind of agp graphics cards do you recommend. Not going to update the modo to pci-e at the moment.

That is about as good as it gets for AGP. Upgrade to PCI-E or dont upgrade at all, in my opinion.

I bought it 159.99 from the egg. Excellent condition never took it out and I dust my comp every 2-3 weeks.

i have an x800 xt platinum edition which runs things pretty nice. the 850 is even better, about 15% better. just make sure you get the xt (platinum edition if you can find one.)

I have an ATI Radeon X850 Pro (AGP) and it runs things perfectly! I have F.E.A.R maxed out, and its a pretty demanding game.

It is debatable if you should upgrade or not. I would suggest waiting until you can do a full cpu/motherboard/memory/graphics card upgrade, and go with Core 2 Duo.
