I'm not sure whether the KAV cause the problem.

the download speed seems to be slow down,

Could you explain further. Do you mean your Web Browsing or Downloading Files?. What happens when you disable KAV and then try it?.

thats strange I'm using kaspersky as well. but all seems fine. whats ur downloading speed with kav/without kav?

Well, then it seems like kaspersky may be blocking some ports that those programs need to access. You might just have to go into the firewall section of Kaspersky and configure it to let it use those ports.

it is the worst anti－virus software even in China.
